Project Pacific

Project Pacific redefines online collaboration and real-time co- creation of documents. The project started with on-site observations and interviews to understand how people work, followed by concept ideation where Pacific emerged to help people bring separate digital materials together for collaboration. This idea was tested with users extensively, including early paper prototypes, quantitative surveys, high fidelity mockups, market testing, functional prototypes, and mobile applications. Users consistently praised the ability of Pacific to “bring everyone to the same table” when working on materials. The iPad app will soon provide customers with a powerful tool to instantaneously collaborate on content remotely.
