Project Description

Most of us sacrifice sleep ignoring the need of a quality refreshment. Our biological clock is sensitive to light and temperature more than sound, both during waking up and going to bed.
Oyasami is an alarm clock connected with the surrounding environment that will, not only wake you up in a mesmerizing way, but will also help you going to bed on time. Learning your habits it will suggest the best time to rest for a healthy lifestyle. It uses light and sound to nudge you gently and naturally, reminding to take your time to sleep.
