I See U See

I See U See is a tablet app connecting the worlds of the blind and the sighted through social sensory photography. It enables its users to capture a picsnip (picture + audiosnippet) of a moment with ease. Through crowd-sourced tagging of different parts of the image by sighted volunteers in the community, it lets blind people experience photos through descriptively rich, sonified tags. It shapes new dialogue and creates a meaningful, inclusive way for both blind and sighted people to share and exchange stories and points of view through digital photographs.
